Job summary

Shae Cares CPR recruits qualified instructors to conduct on-site CPR, BLS, First Aid, and AED training for diverse groups. You will deliver hands-on sessions, assess learner progress, and help participants gain confidence in essential life-saving skills.

This role is flexible—full-time, part-time, or as-needed—without handling certifications or client paperwork. Equipment ownership is required or must be acquired before first class.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, BLS, or First Aid instructor certification from a recognized organization (ARC, AHA, HSI or similar).
• Owns required equipment (6 Adult, 6 Infant, and 6 AED Trainers) or must acquire them before first class.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Shae Cares CPR is dedicated to teaching life‑saving techniques and promoting safety in communities. Specializing in CPR/BLS, First Aid, and AED training. We provide education to a diverse group of learners, including medical professionals, parents, and teachers.

Our primary clients are businesses. We provide on site CPR training for their employees.

Role Description

This is a flexible contractor opportunity. The CPR Instructor will conduct engaging and informative training sessions on CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and AED usage for various audiences. Responsibilities include delivering hands‑on instruction, evaluating learner performance, and providing support to ensure participants feel confident in their life‑saving skills.

You will not be responsible for issuing certifications or processing any paperwork for the client. For this position we are looking for a excellent instructor who can follow training guidelines.

We are simply looking for rockstar instructors or those who want to become rockstar instructors. We have a great team of contractors who love teaching with us. We would love to have you!

Full or Part Time?

This position can be full, part time, or as needed. When we are looking for a instructor to teach for us we will reach out to you. You can accept or decline the job. We get multiple offers daily.
