Rapid Medical is seeking a Courier Dispatcher to join our in-office team in West Hollywood, CA. This full-time on-site role coordinates real-time dispatch for a high-volume last-mile operation, ensuring on-time deliveries and effective communication with drivers and clients.

You will manage routes, monitor conditions, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 2+ years dispatch experience, be reliable onsite, and comfortable with technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch or route coordination experience in transportation or last-mile delivery.
• Experience with high-volume, time-sensitive operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site every scheduled shift in Los Angeles, CA.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; comfort with dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Assign and adjust routes in real time to meet delivery windows.
• Monitor traffic, weather, and capacity; adjust plans to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate driver assignments, manage capacity, and support daily operations.
• Serve as main contact for client accounts and drivers; handle escalations.
