Edwards Vacuum seeks a Business Analyst to ensure accurate financial data and translate it into actionable insights for sourcing, warehouse, and production. You will present results via reports and visualizations and report to the Business Controller.

Responsibilities include cost simulations, inventory reconciliation, and driving cost reductions. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus English communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Cost accounting, especially product costing and variances in manufacturing.
• Experience driving inventory reduction through analysis.
• P&L and Balance Sheet understanding; US GAAP or IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; SQL/Power BI or BI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to bridge financial data with business language across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly cost simulation (CC7) and annual cost roll activities with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory and support timely closing; reconcile GL/SL differences.
• Prepare inventory cost analyses, update provisions, stock status, and reports.
• Drive inventory reduction through analysis and cross-functional meetings; forecast BS and P&L.
• Support annual audits focusing on inventory and costing (EY).
• Present insights through reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
