Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCMHC, LPC, LMHC) in NC.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience; correctional, forensic, or inpatient preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
