Trinity Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve a variety of items within a correctional facility. This on-site role reports to a Food Service Director and requires adherence to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and, preferably, prior institutional food service experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and/or experience.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation; clean as you go, pull trash, sweep, and mop.
• Serve food during planned meal times according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook food per recipes.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks; be organized and maintain a neat work area.
