Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on experience with month-end close and GAAP.
• Construction or project/job-cost accounting experience required (WIP, margins).
• Experience overseeing accounting across multiple entities and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor accounting staff.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger across entities.
• Oversee AP/AR, cash management, reconciliations, accruals and intercompany activity.
• Manage construction accounting including job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial reporting processes.
• Develop the accounting team and collaborate with leadership on business decisions.
