Qualifications

• General ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and MS Office.
• GAAP knowledge and audits experience with regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• HR related subjects including onboarding, payroll, audits and payroll taxes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior accounting experience.
• Commitment to ethical financial practices and maintaining timely, accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, and related processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, revenues and expenses, reconcile bank/credit card accounts, and maintain internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements; collaborate with executives on reporting.
• Support leadership with financial reporting and partnerships with external accountants.
