The Controller is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lake City, MN, responsible for overseeing all core accounting and financial operations for John Hall's Alaska. This role manages the general ledger, supervises accounts payable and receivable, and ensures timely month‑end and year‑end close processes. The Controller prepares financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses to support leadership in decision‑making. Day‑to‑day tasks include monitoring cash flow, all operational revenues and expenses, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role also includes collaborating with executives for financial reporting.
