Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance.
• 3+ years producing financial statements.
• 2+ years producing TWCF (Three-Way Cash Flow) statements.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with initial drafts within 7 business days post-month-end.
• Review and manage budgets weekly via rolling cash flow models; updates to CEO due Tue/Fri 5:00 PM CDT.
• Ensure monthly and annual filings with tax authorities are accurate and timely.
• Complete weekly petty cash and bank reconciliations by 5:00 PM Friday.
• Co-lead weekly cross-functional meetings to align financial insights with operations.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Finance staff.
• Forecast future financial trends and mitigate risk through strategic financial planning.
