Fulcrum Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Controller to join our North Myrtle Beach, SC area team. The role guides financial decisions by establishing policies, internal controls, and audits, and oversees all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, inventory, and revenue recognition.

The position requires strong technology skills (NetSuite, Pivot tables, AI awareness) and recent public accounting experience for financial statement prep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• CPA desired; manufacturing/Distribution experience valued.
• 5–10+ years in accounting, Controller role.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Excellent Excel and NetSuite skills.
• Strong business analytics to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly accounting duties.
• Develop and maintain corporate budgets in NetSuite.
• Prepare monthly variance to budget reports.
• Adjust budgets to developing circumstances.
• Manage monthly sales commission reporting and issue checks.
• Handle international & domestic reconciliations and reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting and monthly cost reporting.
• Provide monthly direct labor reconciliation and asset ledger maintenance.
• Oversee lease tracking for buildings/equipment.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and posting of cash receipts.
• Ensure timely vendor setup in NetSuite and payments.
• Own container reconciliations for ocean freight and inland freight.
• Publish monthly bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and covenants.
