We are looking for a Direct-Sourcer to build a pipeline for deeply technical engineering roles in San Jose. The role is on-site and requires proactive outreach to engineers via LinkedIn, referrals, and networks daily,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to learn and communicate complex technical information.
• 4+ years of experience direct sourcing engineers using LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively source qualified candidates on LinkedIn
• Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms
• Respond to initial candidate questions, as needed
• Act as a trusted partner with our Talent Acquisition team
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgement (we aspire to hire only best-in-class "A" players)
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
