Job summary

Artech LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to coordinate and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires proactive leadership to manage complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include planning, client reporting, team leadership, feasibility analysis, and cost estimation reviews. Must hold PMI/PMP certification and be eligible to work on W2 directly for Artech.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction and telecommunications project management.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management techniques.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
