Job summary

5 Seven Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget, while overseeing safety and quality control.

The role requires scheduling, inspections, and a strong focus on daily site management, progress tracking, and coordination with the project team to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable construction supervision experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and drawings.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants and vendors to meet critical path deadlines.
• Perform quality control and ensure work complies with specifications.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain daily on-site log and monitor progress, budget and schedule.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and issue non-compliance notices when needed.
• Walk the site daily to monitor activities and plan ahead.
