Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 1 in the Atlanta area to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. The role demands strong leadership, organization, and effective communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience.
• Leadership on at least two projects or equivalent.
• Ability to traverse and inspect job sites in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor.
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Pay Applications and material invoices with the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain a site logistics plan in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Manage the CPM schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Develop/coordinate/execute Safety, Hazcom, SWPPP, QA/QC plans.
• Attend and lead project meetings with various stakeholders.
