Lehman Daman Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities from planning through execution. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing foreman/superintendent duties, with OSHA training and strong organizational and analytical skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and safety is a core company value.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years as a foreman or superintendent.
• Completion of 10-hour OSHA training (30-hour preferred) and ability to coordinate training.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with project teams to determine construction requirements and schedules.
• Carry out daily on-site management of projects.
• Maintain safety culture and lead by example.
• Manage schedules, execution, costs, and quality.
