Job summary

INTUVA by PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations for the SWIC/WUC program at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA. You will serve as the GC’s on-site authority, coordinating multi-trade execution, safety, and schedule across ground-up and underground utility work.

The role requires 10–15 years of senior field supervision, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain Sandia credentials.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive construction supervision on large commercial/institutional projects.
• Underground utility construction experience required.
• U.S. citizenship and local Livermore residency required.
• Ability to obtain site access credentials for Sandia National Laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and direct GC field execution for both SWIC and WUC scopes.
• Plan, sequence, and direct field activities; coordinate trades and monitor progress.
• Lead daily POD meetings; enforce safety plans and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain daily logs, QA/QC, and punch list development leading to closeout.
• Support Change Order pricing with field condition validation.
