Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction Management or related field with 4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in commercial construction, preferably high-rise or multi-story.
• Familiarity with California building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
• Organize and direct construction activities within assigned area of responsibility, multi-disciplinary as needed.
• May be primary client contact for on-site activities or coordinate with client’s representatives.
• Ensure on-site operations comply with design/specifications, complete on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Interfaces with other field staff and Project Manager to coordinate efforts.
