Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in heavy civil and/or industrial construction with knowledge of processes, materials, and equipment.
• Experience in large scale projects involving water infrastructure, industrial construction, earth moving, or large civil transportation projects preferred.
• Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines and budget.
• Enforce safety and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep all parties updated on project progress and concerns.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly, aligning decisions with project goals and policies.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues and monitor progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Manage on-site workforce, training, and performance feedback.
