Job summary

GbOSS seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for multi-phase projects. You will oversee subcontractors, material flow, and equipment, ensuring work aligns with plans, schedule, and budget while enforcing safety standards.

The role requires extensive field leadership, scheduling, inspections, and quality control to deliver projects on time. Travel to job sites and coordination with federal clients are part of the responsibilities, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings/specifications.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Understand Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet the critical path.
• Perform quality control duties for ongoing work.
• Coordinate RFIs and material submittals with the project team.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract scope and safety standards.
• Maintain daily job-site log and monitor progress.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
