Job summary

Hoar Construction is looking for a Project Scheduler in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. This role requires minimum 7 years of construction industry experience and proficiency in project management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years construction industry experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling principles for construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project/program schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Analyze contract data and build project baseline schedules.
• Create and distribute monthly progress reporting.
