Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of construction cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling.
• Valid Driver's License Required.

• Oversee the accuracy and quality of estimates, drawing reviews, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with Project Manager in contractor proposal evaluation.
• Prepare preliminary, schematic, design development, and construction estimates.
