Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership on construction sites.
• OSHA 30 required; additional certifications (COSS, COSM, CSP, CHST, OHST) preferred.
• Experience with incident investigation, reporting, and corrective action planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Procore, and other construction tech platforms.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field safety program execution across assigned jobsites.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach field personnel on safety compliance and best practices.
• Maintain safety logs, scorecards, and inspection reports; provide trend insights.
