Job summary

SOLX HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Construction Safety Manager to own the site safety program for a multi-trade high-tech build-out in Puerto Rico. You will enforce OSHA standards, oversee contractor safety, and hold stop-work authority to protect workers on site.

You will lead incident prevention, training, and emergency readiness, reporting to the Project Manager. This is an on-site, safety-forward leadership role requiring extensive field experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety leadership on large projects.
• Familiar with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and federal/local regs.
• Experience overseeing contractor safety on projects $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and own the site-specific construction safety program and policies.
• Enforce OSHA standards and local regulations across the site.
• Oversee contractor safety performance and review JHA/JSA.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits and toolbox talks.
• Own controls for high-risk activities and stop-work authority.
• Lead incident prevention, investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety orientation and training; manage site access and PPE.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills.
