Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Construction Safety Professional to support a portfolio of construction projects in Spring House, PA. This field-focused role works with project teams and contractors to promote safe work practices across active job sites.

The successful candidate will monitor safety compliance, review JSAs/SPAs/PTWs, and participate in weekly toolbox talks to drive corrective actions and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Field safety experience on construction sites.
• Knowledge of JSAs, SPAs and PTWs.
• Campus/portfolio projects experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with multiple contractors/project teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field walks and monitor contractor activities for safety compliance.
• Identify hazards related to fall protection, scaffolding, hot work and lockout/tagout.
• Review JSAs, SPAs and permits to work (PTWs).
• Communicate observations to project teams and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in weekly toolbox talks with the general contractor.
