Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of Justice Sector construction projects on-site in Sacramento.

The role focuses on design-bid-build and design-build delivery in a team environment, solving complex scheduling issues to ensure timely completion. The candidate will develop and maintain program schedules, analyze time extensions, and coordinate with internal/external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Scheduling, preferably in public works projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, earned value and schedule impact analyses.
• Proficiency with Primavera PM (P6/P5) and MS Project; SQL skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex construction scheduling and provide technical direction for planning and reporting.
• Review CPM schedules for constraints, durations, inter-relationships, and scope.
• Develop and maintain program schedules with milestones, logic, and constraints.
