Holder Construction is seeking an on-site Manager for a project in Shippingport, PA. This full-time, in-person role leads the field team, ensures contract compliance, and drives safety, quality, and schedule performance.

You will coordinate with engineers, manage project finances, and mentor junior staff while upholding the company’s merit-based culture. Relocation flexibility may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience using construction management software for project collaboration, RFIs, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site execution of construction projects in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations.
• Assign, coordinate, and oversee responsibilities of the project team, including trade‑responsible engineers.
• Manage project financials, including monthly cost forecasting, owner billings, invoice review and approval, and subcontractor management.
• Collaborate closely with the field team to plan and execute project schedule, safety initiatives, and quality standards.
• Oversee project and project office setup to support efficient daily operations.
• Review, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to support successful project outcomes.
• Lead by example by demonstrating integrity and mentoring junior team members in alignment with company culture.
