Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on a project in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person role located on site.

The role involves managing onsite trade activities, reviewing payment applications, and driving cost control while mentoring junior staff. Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of experience is required, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with construction tools such as Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360.

Mansioni

• Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation.
• Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive risk identification.
• Lead project execution beyond assigned trade contracts and mentor junior associates on the project.
