Job summary

ESI seeks a Project Manager 2 to lead complex construction projects in Idaho Falls, Idaho. You will steward client relationships, oversee bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and close-out while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires at least three years of PM experience in construction, knowledge of industry standards (DEQ, EPA, AWWA), and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6. On-site work with travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of construction project management experience.
• Familiar with DEQ, EPA, AWWA and local utility design/construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $1M–$40M and coordinate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent ESI to clients, design teams, city officials, water districts and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of construction projects including bidding, construction, operation, close-out, and warranty.
• Establish, monitor, and understand project finances.
