Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management (industry specific).

• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, ACC).
• PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
• Ensure scope, goals and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on progress and status.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, coworkers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project meetings and post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.
• Attend all required meetings internally and externally.
• Manage the on-site project team including coordinators/engineers, inventory control, admin, safety reps and superintendents.
