You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage stakeholders, and oversee budgets and schedules. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field and 4–6 years of PM experience are required. PMP is preferred; on-site role with a strong client focus.
Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in project management software and strong PM knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Deliver projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Lead and motivate project teams toward high engagement and performance.
Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks and issues.
Track finances, adhere to budgets, and provide accurate cost forecasts.
