Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Clients and General Contractors to meet milestones.
• Maintain Change Orders, RFIs, and Submittals accurately.
• Monitor site readiness and coordinate field crews for timely progress.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and cost estimates with oversight from Ops.
• Review plans and specifications for consistency and quality.
• Lead daily workflow and provide timely feedback to team.
