Job summary

Next 150 Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site execution across Cleveland, Columbus or Sidney projects. You will supervise project staff, coordinate with architects and subs, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multi-million dollar initiatives.

As a key member of Gilbane's family of companies, you will drive collaboration, mentoring of engineers and superintendents, and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget and with strong client

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–10+ years of Project Management on projects $50M+ or larger.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience coordinating trades and administering subcontracts.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• Experience in a self-performing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in motivating the project team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage the project using established project controls and procedures.
• Perform constructability and coordination reviews.
• Communicate with construction manager, architects and subcontractors on risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management.
• Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc.
• Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
• Prepare contingency plans for potential risks and expanded contract services.
