Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project phase to meet objectives
• Coordinate project reports and drawings through design and construction phases
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and property management
• Support marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit
• Report major problems, findings, and recommendations to management
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes and budget expenditures
