Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineer on assigned construction contracts, performing tasks independently and escalating complex issues.
• Review plans, specifications, and contractor submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, cost-sharing partners, and stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance, safety, and project scheduling efforts.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Assist with contract modifications, RFIs, government estimates, and project documentation.
• Prepare partial and final payment estimates and review contractor proposals.
• Participate in meetings including pre-construction, safety, and coordination
