Job summary

HKA Enterprises seeks an experienced construction surveillance and QA/QC professional to support USACE projects at Ellsworth AFB. You will ensure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and safety standards, delivering surveillance reports to government personnel and coordinating with project teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to review plans, provide recommendations for changes, and assist with change orders on critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction inspection, surveillance or quality assurance experience.
• Experience with at least one specialized code or discipline listed below.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, plans and specifications.
• Ability to prepare surveillance reports and documentation for government personnel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction surveillance and inspections for compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare surveillance reports and deliver findings to government personnel.
• Review plans and specifications and provide recommendations for changes or corrections.
• Assist with change orders, quality assurance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with CORs, contractors, and project teams throughout construction phases.

Job description

In this role, you'll provide construction surveillance and quality assurance support for USACE projects, ensuring compliance with contract plans, specifications, workmanship standards, and safety requirements. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with government personnel on critical construction and infrastructure projects.

Pay: $50.00- $60.00 per hour DOE

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction inspection, surveillance, or quality assurance experience
• Experience with at least one specialized code or discipline listed below
• Strong understanding of construction methods, plans, and specifications
• Ability to prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation for government personnel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
