Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision and functioning of one construction project and/or one crew on a construction project.
• Field verify location and nature of work by sight and assess progress.
• Confirm quality of work and quantity completed at end of each day.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and crew metrics for the project.
• Handle administrative functions necessary to document work including ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
