Job summary

• Maintain performance standards and crew metrics.
• Document work activities including ordering, billing, hours, and safety records.
• Uphold safety practices at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Principaldutiesand Responsibilities:

• Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.
• Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
• Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
• Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
