Job summary

Feyen Zylstra in Charleston is seeking an entry-level, on-site Project Administrator to support multiple electrical projects. This role provides on-site administrative support to internal and external customers, helping keep large projects moving with reliability and accuracy.

You will excel at gathering information, managing deadlines, and coordinating documents on busy job sites, with a team-focused attitude and strong communication. Pre-employment drug screen and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience – required; construction or electrical administrative experience – preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint) – required; Bluebeam Rev – preferred.
• Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support for multiple electrical projects to internal and external customers.
• Support accurate data entry, meeting minutes, and project documentation to keep deadlines and data integrity.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure information is gathered and available when needed.
