Job summary

The Related Group in Hawaii seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager on assigned projects. You will help manage field safety, quality, and scheduling, coordinate with architects and consultants, and ensure adherence to The Related Group standards.

Occasional travel is required, and you will report to the Superintendent while collaborating with the project team and field staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Experience in managing job site safety and quality.
Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Travel may be required for project sites.
Reports to the Superintendent and works with project team.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing field safety, quality, and schedule.
Champion safety culture and compliance on site.
Coordinate with Project Manager, team and field staff.
Review shop drawings and coordinate inspections.
Assist with monthly draws and project turnover.
Interface with property management and subcontractors.
