Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site safety, quality, schedule, and budget across diverse project locations in Texas and beyond. You will oversee the on-site workforce, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure adherence to Saulsbury standards and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction experience, and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction industry experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience on BESS/PV projects.
Drug screen and background check required.
Proficiency in electrical, earthwork, utilities, structures, mechanical, etc.
Understanding of cost and schedule control, forecasting and contract change management.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of on-site leadership for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrate leadership to uphold Saulsbury standards and core values.
Develop work plans to safely deliver a quality project.
Identify issues early, resolve or mitigate them, escalate as needed.
Schedule resources including workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead project admin functions: cost control, progress tracking, scheduling, forecasting, procurement.
Assist with recruitment and development of construction workforce.
Provide direction to craft superintendents and subcontractor leaders.
Collaborate with Project Manager on scope changes.
Safeguard Saulsbury and customer resources.
