Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and field crews.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses on time.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to evaluate progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines or costs.
• Coordinate sequencing between multiple trades and project phases.
• Verify materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and job-site records.
• Assist with inspections, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones with leadership teams.
• Promote and enforce job-site safety standards and procedures.
