Qualifications

• One year experience preferred; training provided.
• Must be able to travel to the jobsite within 30 minutes.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong organization skills and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Performs varied, strenuous manual labor tasks.
• Keeps jobsite clean and secures tools/equipment daily.
• Building and demolition activities.
• Material handling and storage.
• Loads/unloads trucks and hauls materials.
• Follows safety procedures and reports issues.
• Assists craft workers and operates power tools.
• Takes direction and works as a team.
• Communicates clearly with team; maintains attendance.
