Job summary

Dominium in Scottsdale, AZ is offering a full-time, on-site Construction Intern – Owner’s Rep internship starting around June 8, 2027 and ending around August 20, 2027. This role supports the Construction and Architectural Services team with on-site oversight, documentation review, and invoice processing.

You will join senior staff for site walks, attend OAC meetings, manage punch lists in Procore, review GCs' O&M manuals, and submit FF&E invoices through Yardi, while upholding Dominium’s values

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and assist with cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in scheduled site walks and meetings with senior construction staff (OAC, cost meetings, site walks).
• Creates and manages project punch lists using Procore Punch List Tool.
• Reviews GCs' O&M manuals for completeness and accuracy.
• Submits FF&E invoices through Yardi for processing.
