• Perform Resident Project Representative duties with full-time on-site inspections for short- and long-term assignments.
• Assist in administering construction contracts, processing submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and schedules.
• Document progress with field reports, logs of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
