Job summary

Consigli Construction in Maine is seeking a Construction Laborer to help maintain, clean, and secure active job sites. You will assist with debris removal, setting up scaffolding, and supporting carpenters and operators daily.

Reporting to the Labor Foreman or Project Manager, you must follow all safety protocols, lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to travel to multiple job sites. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least one year of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, assist carpenters and equipment operators, and perform general site tasks as directed.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including setting up and dismantling scaffolding, and removing debris and waste in accordance with site safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by storing materials properly, removing tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the area daily.
• Use equipment or perform manual labor to load and unload construction supplies from trucks.
• Follow instructions from blueprints or site supervisors.
