Job summary

C2MG Builders is seeking a dependable Laborer in Biddeford, ME for in-person, outdoor construction work. You will perform site cleanup, material handling, and assist with equipment setup while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

Abilities to work outdoors in varying weather and seasons.
Basic mechanical skills with tools and equipment.
Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites.
Hook up, load, and unload trash trailers, equipment trailers, and small machinery.
Drive trucks with attached trailers as needed (valid driver’s license required).
Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (changing a tire, greasing fittings, checking fluids).
Follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when needed.
Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards.
