ITG Communications, LLC seeks a Construction Foreman to supervise daily field crew activities on fiber, utility, or underground projects. You will lead on-site operations, enforce safety standards, and ensure work aligns with project plans and timelines.

You will assign tasks, monitor productivity, coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors, and train junior crew members while maintaining quality and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Competenze

• 3+ years of construction/utility field experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber, telecom, or underground construction methods and safety standards.
• Strong communication and crew management skills

• Supervise field crews performing fiber, utility, or underground construction work
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and adjust workforce needs as required
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks
• Report job progress, delays, and crew performance to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors on site logistics
• Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Complete daily logs, timekeeping, and material usage reports
• Lead safety briefings, enforce PPE usage, and respond to field incidents
• Train and mentor new or junior crew members in proper techniques and procedures
