Qualifications

• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
• Develop budgets, quantify takeoffs, and analyze project risks with stakeholders.
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for bids.
