Banda Group International, LLC is seeking a Construction EHS Manager (Client-Facing) to lead on-site safety for a data center project in Fort Wayne, IN. This exempt, full-time role requires enforcing safety standards, managing risk, and coordinating with JV partners and the client safety team to drive safe project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site EHS lead for data center construction activities
• Enforce site safety requirements across all JV partners and subcontractors
• Maintain a strong daily field presence through site walks, inspections, and hazard identification
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-hazard construction activities
• Lead incident investigations, near-miss reviews, and corrective action implementation
• Participate in and support client safety meetings, audits, and inspections
• Deliver site orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted safety training
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
• Track and report safety metrics, trends, and observations to project and corporate leadership
• Exercise stop-work authority when conditions warrant and elevate concerns appropriately
