SkipCo LLC is seeking a General Crew Lead to oversee site operations, lead a residential labor crew, and ensure safety and quality on multiple job sites. The role requires coordinating with site leadership, supervising crews, and facilitating daily huddles and training.

Travel to various job sites is common; you must be organized, proactive, and capable of adjusting to evolving project needs while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset. Starting pay is $30/hr with full benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ proven experience leading a residential labor crew.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and off-hours.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it within two weeks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Site and project oversight, reviewing job orders and plans.
• Lead and train crew; delegate tasks and monitor progress.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety briefings.
• Track logs, materials, and productivity metrics; manage logistics.
